Located in a beautiful area with easy access to the city's main attractions, this hotel offers spacious rooms with a stunning view of the city. the well, maintained bathrooms are equipped with modern facilities and excellent lighting. High, quality service is guaranteed with friendly staff providing top notch service. the delicious breakfast served every morning is a perfect start to a day full of exploration. the hotel facilities are top, notch, with contemporary amenities such as an in, room TV, air conditioning, and high.

One small drawback we experienced was a lack of any mosquito repellant, so it's a good idea to bring your own just in case.

The location was great, close to a beautiful boulevard with plenty of shops and restaurants. The night watchman was helpful when our TV wasn't working, he even went out of his way to replace it.

The mosquitos were insane, we couldn't get a goodnight's sleep as they were buzzing around us all night long. The top of the room was made of glass, the lights from other rooms kept us up all night.

Great location near Merida's central boulevard and easy to reach. the night watchman was fantastic and very helpful. He replaced our TV without any hesitation.

The rooms were grim and cell-like. They were filled with mosquitoes, and we had a hard time sleeping at night.

Conveniently located off Merida's main boulevard. Accommodating night watchman. Efficiently replaced faulty TV.

I loved staying at this hotel for its great location on a lovely boulevard with easy access to nearby restaurants and transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the night watchman who quickly fixed our TV by replacing it with a new one. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and the facilities provided were great. the breakfast served here was delicious and definitely worth the price.
